These guidelines are not for motion graphics. See motion graphic competition specifications for more details.

 1. Either the student, professor, or institution can submit the work on behalf of the other.

2. For any competition the work for submission should be housed on a server, and the URL address is provided on the submission form. Once paid, the submission form is sent automatically back to the individual that initiated the payment.

 3. Please follow the instructions on the form carefully.
 
4. You will need to fill out the form and send the doc from Adobe Acrobat and not any other program.
 
The following are the instructions:
 
Option A: Fill the form out and submit.

1. Save the form locally (on your computer) and add your name to the document name, for example “ICDE Competition Form-JohnDrew.pdf

2. Complete the form you just saved with your information and save it again.

3. Scroll down until you see “Submit Form.” And click on it.

4. Choose the most appropriate option if you are asked how to email it.

5. An email will get created with the form being attached and all you have to do is to click on send.
 
Option B:

1. Fill the form out and attach it to an email as a PDF, or

2. Take a snapshot of the form and attach it to an email

3. Complete steps 1 & 2 from option 1 above.

4. Once done, place the form as an attachment and send an email to johntdrew@outlook.com. Put the competition name and the order number in
the heading.
